Beiden hebben we altijd de droom gehad om iets te starten in het buitenland. Een cadeautje was het toen we elkaar leerden kennen en de droom onze droom werd. En dromen zijn er om waar te maken, en dat is nou precies wat we gaan doen.
Met onze ervaring in vastgoed, het verbouwen en verhuren van vakantie accommodaties in Groningen en omstreken, lag het voor de hand om deze ervaringen mee te nemen naar een plek met hetgeen wij belangrijk vinden:
''genieten van het leven''
"graag buiten zijn"

Met deze ingrediënten in ons achterhoofd zijn we gestart met het zoeken naar een geschikte locatie waar we het gehele jaar kunnen ondernemen. Het was meteen raak in het dorpje Mallnitz. En onder het mom van '3x scheepsrecht' hebben we het object gevonden: Mallnbach Apartments Mallnitz, waar onze ingrediënten tot het ultieme recept komen; de Mallnbach beleving waar gasten ontmoeten, ontdekken en ontspannen.
Een 'einde' in Nederland is de nieuwe start in Oostenrijk, Mallnitz.
